Online store terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, or transmit harmful code or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Product information

We aim to describe and display 77 Pocket Clean™ accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device. Product availability is subject to change and we may limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

77 Pocket Clean™ is an everyday cleansing towel and is not a medical product. Product information on this website is general information and is not medical advice.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel or refuse an order where payment is not authorised, information is inaccurate, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected or a pricing error is obvious. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices, taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown before you complete checkout. International prices may be converted into local currency.

Delivery

Delivery destinations, costs and estimated times are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights where goods are not delivered within a legally required or agreed period.

Returns and hygiene

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because 77 Pocket Clean™ is a sealed hygiene product, opened or unsealed pouches cannot be returned for a change of mind. This restriction does not apply where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, and does not affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

The website content, branding, product names, photographs, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to 77 BLEND and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and technology providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the site or products.
